The Benefits Manager is responsible for the end-to-end strategic design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs across the United States and Canada. Partners with People, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to deliver high-quality programs, ensure compliance, and drive engagement. Base salary range is $120,000 – $160,000 a year.
