About the Role: Lead an integrated people model unifying Talent Acquisition and People Business Partnership. Serve as single point of accountability for leader experience across workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, performance, and retention; build scalable recruiting and business partner capabilities. Base salary range is $225,000–$275,000 a year (hybrid in San Jose preferred).
