About the roleEnsure New Product Introduction of ALC RX component and system integration are fully characterized, verified, optimized for performance/reliability and transitioned to operations. Includes supplier test data review, qualification data, and management of component delivery through DVT/EVT/PVT.Base salary range is $180,000 – $250,000 a year. Eligible for bonus, equity, and full benefits.Responsibilities- Lead reliability model development; guide robust test/validation; support RX component integration and data structures; drive DFM and yield improvements early in development.Qualifications- Master’s required (PhD preferred); 10+ years Device R&D/NPI/Manufacturing; success introducing products to HVM; data analysis & process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ); flexible travel.
