About the roleTeam Credo is seeking an Optical Hardware Engineer to help drive the development, validation, and integration of our Zero Flap optical modules. In this role, you’ll work hands‑on with optical module testing at 212.5 Gbps (PAM4) and above, using your signal‑integrity, power‑integrity, and system‑level analysis skills to ensure strong performance and smooth readiness for high‑volume production.You’ll troubleshoot and validate optical hardware, resolve issues that could slow down program milestones, and help keep our builds on track for manufacturing ramp. You’ll also partner closely with cross‑functional teams and external industry collaborators as we move Zero Flap optical products from early prototypes all the way to high‑volume production.
