About the role: Validate and optimize next‑gen optical modules/components from 50 Gbps to 448 Gbps+. Design module schematics, develop test plans, analyze performance data, and define final configurations for AI/cloud/data‑center applications. Base salary range is $180,000 – $210,000 a year.
