Responsibilities:
Sales Operations & Analytics: (70%)
- Lead Market Analytics to define clear market understanding (sales, share, competitive actions & industry trends)
- Create strategies for sales team to align sales efforts to market dynamics
- Implement forecasting best practices & strategies to accurately forecast & track sales against our goals
- Analyze sales cycle trends to create reporting dashboards for visibility and sales efficiency
- Develop Sales Forecasting methodologies to drive sales & supply chain planning operations
- Conduct ad-hoc sales, market, & customer data analysis to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations to leadership
- Consult with Sales/Business operations teams on sales process optimization
Product Marketing Management: (30%)
- Collaborate with Product Marketing Manager to align product materials & launch strategy with market understanding.
- Manage competitive analysis & industry trends to help marketing, sales, and product incorporate these insights into their strategies.
- Support responses to RFPs through product/customer alignment analysis & program management across multiple stakeholder groups
