About the role:

We are looking for a Technical Services Specialist to join our Technical Services and Data team and take hands-on ownership of onboarding projects and customer data support.

This is a role for someone who wants to do meaningful work, helping customers get up and running on our platform, resolving data issues efficiently, and acting as a dependable point of contact for technical inquiries. You'll be working closely with our implementation and customer success teams, with a near-term focus on our expanding EMEA portfolio.

You won't be managing a team. You will be expected to operate independently and own your work.

  • Comfortable working independently, you take initiative, follow through, and don't wait to be told what to do
  • A confident communicator who can engage directly with customers, even when things get complicated
  • Detail-oriented and organized when managing multiple onboarding projects and support requests at once
  • Curious and technically inclined, you like understanding how data flows and why things break

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the onboarding of new customers onto the Clir platform, with a focus on EMEA-region projects
  • Handling inbound customer support emails and resolving data-related issues with minimal escalation
  • Coordinating project timelines and deliverables in collaboration with the implementation and CS teams
  • Contributing to data quality checks and troubleshooting ingestion or reporting issues
  • Becoming a reliable, knowledgeable resource for customers navigating the platform

What You’ll Need

  • Experience in the renewable energy industry, solar, wind, or BESS
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging directly with customers
  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple concurrent tasks without close oversight
  • Intermediate-level experience in a customer-facing, technical, or implementation role

Bonus

  • Experience with scripting, programming, ETL pipelines, or data processing workflows
  • Project coordination or planning skills
  • Based in EMEA or East Coast Canada
